Safety Audits
A safety audit is a recognized component in a successful risk management plan and can play a key role in organizational growth.  Our impartial auditors work with business operators and owners to develop clear terms of reference before reviewing various facets of operation including documentation, staff certification and training, client and staff safety, program delivery, equipment, and equipment maintenance . Our written recommendations can be used to modify business practices, motivate staff, and provide strategic direction. Audits are traditionally used as a preventative tool, but can also be used to review specific incidents.
